Summer in Turkey: In another of many unexpected opportunities encountered in my mad journey through life, I find myself fulfilling a life long dream of living abroad. Stumbling toward the border of my sixth decade, I find myself situated in an apartment in Ankara, where I will spend the next three months testing my courage and capacity for change. I welcome you to join me as I tour the country, meet the people and find my footing as I prepare for the final trimester of my life.
